We are currently in a transition period to a new reporting tool. In the past all of our electronic reports have been in the Microsoft Snapshot (.snp) file format. Many of you may now be receiving our new reports, with a new and improved layout, in Adobe (.pdf) file format. Most new PCs come pre-loaded with Adobe Reader, but if you cannot open and view the new report in the .pdf format you will need one of the following programs

Adobe Acrobat (retail version)
Adobe Reader (free download)

If you do not have and do not wish to procure Adobe Acrobat, Adobe Reader is a no cost alternative. Please note that while anyone can download the installer, you will need administrative rights on the computer you wish to install it on. Use the following link to open a new window and download Adobe Reader from the Adobe website.

If you are still receiving reports from our old reporting tool, or you need to view old reports previously sent to you in the .snp format, you will need one of the following programs:

Microsoft Access (Full Installation)
Microsoft Snapshot Viewer (free download)

Please note that while anyone can download the installer, you will need administrative rights on the computer you wish to install it on. Further, take note that automated final report e-mails will be sent from the address reports@paragonlaboratories.com. Please do not respond to this address, as it is only used for automated report e-mails.
