As a result of changes to federal regulations, the City of Detroit Water and Sewage Department (DWSD) notified permitted dischargers that they may be required to change their wastewater sample collection process. Paragon Laboratories, Inc. and HESCO co-sponsored a half-day seminar during which technical guidance and information was provided by DWSD staff and other industry professionals.
